Your Teachers for this Retreat
Begin and end each day with YogaYoga brings balance to our mind, body and soul. Did you know that yoga also excites your hidden creative passion? Yogic techniques directly affect our energy and are useful in bringing latent creative energy to the fore.
Our style of Yoga is straighforward and medically sound. It is suitable for everyone - beginners, right through to serious practitioners. Madi teaches traditional Hatha Yoga, as passed down from Sri Swami Sivananda - a doctor, humanitarian and great Yogi. This is interwoven with the wisdom of Sri Krishnamarcharya, known as father of modern yoga. Madi is also a trained Kundalini Yoga Teacher. The (Kundalini) kyrias work directly on the energy within the body, and are unsurpassed for releasing creative passion! |
